the work with the tittle “presence” took place in the graduation festival of 2019. two rusted pillars stand diagonal each other,both reflect on EACH OTHER BUT ALSO TO the space itself. BOTH PILLARS ARE PERFECTLY FITTING ON THE INNER ARCHITECTURE OF THE SPACE.THE VIEWER ENTERING THE SPACE ENCOUNTERS THE DOMINANCE OF BOTH IDENTITIES. tHE space AS WELL, BECOME ONE OF THE WORK. not only from the connecting pillars with the ceiling but also the pure white that surrounds it. It was vital for me to create an absolute white environment so the pillars make a standpoint and the vibrating red colour is transmit into the setting..
A series of action is revealed. sUBMIT TO THE PHYSICALITY OF THE PROCESS, FOLLOW YOUR INTUITION AND A BEAUTIFUL RELATIONSHIP WILL APPEAR BETWEEN THE MATERIAL AND ITS SURROUNDINGS. TIME TAKES ITS OWN PRESENCE OBSERVING THIS RELATIONSHIP. A FORM OF REFLECTION, NEW RE-OCCURrING PRESENCE OF IDENTITIES.
